Weight Loss Program

Are you looking to lose some extra weight? Are you confused about which diet would work the best for you? Maybe you have tried multiple times to lose weight and were not able to sustain the very restrictive diets that you chose? As my client, you will be introduced to the idea of “bioindividuality” which stresses on the concept of “no one diet is the best for everyone”. We all vary biologically and our bodies react differently to different foods. What is good for you might not be good for me. In this program, we will together explore the best food options for you and are easy for you to carry out. Most of the time, it is not one single known diet that we will adopt but we will instead integrate various ideas from different diets to form a unique diet for you. I highly encourage my clients to not think of this as a restrictive exercise but to try to expand the range of food that you would like and that is nutrition-dense. There are infinite food combinations that you can try! Our objective here is to both enjoy food and get to your optimal weight! You can always opt for my service in designing your weekly menu if you need a little bit of inspiration. My experience tells me that there are two types of clients: one that cooks and one that doesn’t. Whichever camp you are in, we will work within your capabilities and limits. Since we are using a holistic approach, we will also probe into underlying causes of issues like food cravings and addictions. It is imperial that we get to the root causes of your weight problems so that we can achieve long-term success. We will not let any stones left unturned! The bottom line is we want this to be a sustainable lifestyle change for you. We will also form an achievable daily routine that maximizes your physical activity. Do not be intimated by this part of the program! The exercise routine will be tailored to suit your lifestyle and ability. It could be as simple as walking up and down your staircase at home! You will find that by having such a routine can truly energize and empower you to attain the wellness that you desire, and is sustainable by having an accountability buddy – me your health coach!

Fitness and Wellness Program

Are you too busy to cook or execute a consistent exercise routine? You probably feel pressed for time to relax or to have self-care time during a busy week. Perhaps you are just stressed out about many things all together and do not feel like taking time to make food and as a result, constantly surviving on fast food and junk food. Clients in this program will be encouraged to improve their general fitness through the lens the “circle of life” (a holistic way of balancing and enhancing different aspects in life), along with guidance on time management, cooking methods, nutrition and physical activities. My goal here is to work with you to find ways to eat better, exercise more, and in general be happier and less stressed out on a daily basis. I want you to feel great every day and be in control of various aspects of your life!

Super Immunity Program

Having a great immunity can protect us better from illnesses caused by bacteria and viruses. We are exposed to hundreds of harmful microbes every day and our body needs to be on guard at all time against them. The immune system is very complex but it is known that a good diet, physical activities and good sleep contribute to a stronger immune system. Interestingly, having a healthy gut has been found to be crucial as many microbes (both good and bad ones) reside there. When you have a strong immunity, you can defend much better against common germs or even cancers in some cases. In this program I am going to introduce basic concepts about the immune system to you and help you to improve on your current diet to turbo-charge your immune-system. I will also work on improving your gut health and will start with a cleanse if needed depending on your current diet. Your body is designed to fight effectively against the “bad guys” but you would have to provide the correct nutrients that it needs. You will be surprised by what your body can do!

Diabetes Reversal Program

If you have diabetes, it is not necessarily that you have to take medication for the rest of your life. Do not believe it when they tell you diabetes is a chronic disease with no cure.
